Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day Return Policy. If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days from when you received it for a full refund or credit, less shipping costs (shipping is non-refundable).

Please provide your Order Number (on receipt or order confirmation email), and a description of your situation. We want you to be happy!

Our products come from a few different suppliers (see FAQ), so return instructions may vary from item to item. Always contact us before returning an item.

Guidelines:

-Item arrives broken/damaged:
Contact us and we'll ship a replacement to you at no charge. We may require you to either:
a) Return the item with its original packaging (we'll send you a paid shipping label) -or-
b) Email a photograph of the damaged item for verification, and to improve our shipping process.

-We sent wrong item/size/color:
Retain the original packaging and Contact Us. We will give you packaging instructions. We will also email a paid shipping label with the appropriate return address. Download and Print the label and attach to the package. We will ship a replacement at no cost.

-Don't like it (item/size/color):
Contact us. You may ship the item(s) in original condition to us at your expense. We will credit/refund you for the items. New shipping costs will apply for an exchange/replacement.

-Refunds: will be applied to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
-Credits: will be applied to your exchange/replacement. If exchanging for a higher priced item, higher shipping costs, or upgraded shipping service, we will send you an invoice for the difference in cost.
